zidbuzz Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zidbuzz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino service available at zidbuzz.pro. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the zidbuzz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on the zidbuzz platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

If you access or use the zidbuzz platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person also satisfies all eligibility requirements set out herein. zidbuzz reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and eligibility at any point during your account relationship with us.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience only has no legal standing. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version for all purposes including dispute resolution.

To register and use the zidbuzz platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account relationship with zidbuzz:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zidbuzz operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and zidbuzz takes active steps to prevent it.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of zidbuzz is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by zidbuzz or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have had a previous zidbuzz account closed for violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other material breach.

zidbuzz primarily serves players in Bangladesh. The platform is designed and optimised for players using Bangladesh-issued mobile numbers, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment accounts, and Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

zidbuzz reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may ultimately lead to account closure.

To access the full range of betting and casino services on zidbuzz, you must create a player account. Registration is completed via the zidbuzz Login page and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid payment method.

One Account Policy: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on zidbuzz. The creation of duplicate, additional, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. zidbuzz employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method monitoring to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed permanently.
• Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits held in any of the duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Withdrawal of funds from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• The player's primary account may also be closed at zidbuzz's discretion.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your zidbuzz login username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. zidbuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the zidbuzz support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].

Accurate Information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account updates is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or payment account ownership — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.

zidbuzz supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zidbuzz account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation on your mobile wallet. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on your card issuer's processing speed. zidbuzz does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the zidbuzz payments team promptly. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. zidbuzz reserves the right to request supporting documentation to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method up to the deposited amount (the "return to source" principle).
• Any winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to your preferred registered payment method.
• zidbuzz reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request regardless of amount.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. zidbuzz may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact [email protected] if they wish to close an account they no longer intend to use.

zidbuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and cultural occasions including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the standard registration process and satisfy all eligibility requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types (including but not limited to live casino, certain jackpot slots, and crash games) may contribute at a reduced percentage — or may not contribute at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to free bet or sportsbook bonus offers. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.

zidbuzz reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it to do so, including in the event of technical errors, fraudulent activity, or changes to the applicable promotional calendar. Promotional offers published on zidbuzz.pro are valid for the periods stated and supersede any previously published versions of the same offer.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the zidbuzz platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and should be read alongside these general rules.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the terms and market rules applicable to the specific event and market type selected.
• Bets are accepted only when confirmed by zidbuzz's system. A bet confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted wager. No bet is valid without a confirmation reference.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to market suspension during key moments of play. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. zidbuzz is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum duration for settlement has elapsed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the applicable market rules specify otherwise.
• Settlement of cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures — is based on the official result as declared by the governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent) at the conclusion of play, including any Super Overs where applicable.

Casino and Slots:

• All casino games available on zidbuzz are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, via live dealer video streams from certified studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and is available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be void and the stake returned. zidbuzz is not liable for losses arising from client-side technical failures including mobile network disconnections.
• Maximum bet limits apply to bonus play and are detailed in the bonus terms. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during active bonus play may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zidbuzz platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent identity documents.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one zidbuzz account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Money laundering: Using the zidbuzz platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. zidbuzz complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on inside information or engaging in any form of match manipulation, whether directly or in coordination with others.
• Abuse of technical vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bug, error, or misconfiguration in the zidbuzz platform to gain an unfair advantage, including software exploits and odds feed delays.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or other automated tools to place bets, trigger bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against deposits made to zidbuzz, or using stolen or unauthorised payment accounts to fund your zidbuzz balance.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game offered on the platform.

zidbuzz reserves the right to investigate any account or betting pattern that it reasonably suspects may involve prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, zidbuzz will take appropriate action including the steps described above.

zidbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or payment verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a vulnerable player requiring protection under zidbuzz's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal obligation or instruction from a relevant authority.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your zidbuzz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. When closing an account, any genuine real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any applicable fees and the voiding of any bonus funds will be returned to your verified payment method. Withdrawal of the remaining balance is subject to the standard identity verification process.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem can request a self-exclusion period through Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion are available. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the stated period has elapsed. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the zidbuzz complaints process should be escalated by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". zidbuzz will acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
